Our Response to Covid-19

  • Enhanced cleaning and equipment

    Our priority has, and will always be, to ensure the safety of both our guests and team members. In light of Covid-19, we have implemented a wide range of extra measures that comply with UK Government guidelines, and are designed to continue to keep you as safe as possible at Supercity Aparthotels.


  • Preventive Steps

    As a quality accredited member of the Association of Serviced Apartments we are committed to upholding the highest levels of quality and cleaning standards in all our apartments and adhere to the ASAP Stay with Confidence promise.


    We use professional grade disinfectant cleaning products. Our housekeeping teams have been trained on their correct use throughout all our properties including apartments, communal areas, gyms, staff areas and offices etc.


    All suites are aired out for at least 24 hours before deep cleaning.


    Facemasks and gloves used whilst cleaning.


    All team members are comprehensively inducted over a two-week period and complete annual e-learning/classroom-based courses to ensure the health & safety of both them and our guests. This includes COSHH training to ensure the correct use of all cleaning products.


    Guest keys are disinfected after use and PDQ pads are cleaned with antibacterial wipes after each use.


    Additional Hand Sanitizer Dispensers are situated in communal areas including all Receptions and Gyms.


    Information posters for guests are displayed in all reception areas, gyms and lifts.

  • Bookings & Cancellations

    We remain committed to offering you more flexible booking options and, owing to the unique circumstances, we have temporarily relaxed our booking policies to give you extra peace of mind:

    Flexible bookings: Cancel 72h prior to arrival for free when you book on Minimum 3 nights stay apply.

    Non-refundable bookings: If you are travelling to an area that has been placed on ‘Tier 3 or Tier 4’ restrictions and cancel within the 72 hour policy, you will receive a credit note equivalent to the amount paid. This credit can be redeemed against a future booking within 6 months of the original check-in date.

  • NHS Workers & Displaced

    We want to thank each and every one of our NHS front-line workers for their dedication and perseverance during the Covid-19 pandemic.

    Guests that require accommodation for an extended period of time can benefit from a 25% discount on stays of 14 nights or more and 35% discount on stays of 28 nights more.

  • What we ask of you


    Please use the lift one household at a time. If the lift opens and someone is in it, please wait for the next lift.


    A facemask must be worn in public areas at all times.


    Please keep a safe distance of 2 metres from the Front of House receptionists and their desk, as well as from any other team members or fellow guests you encounter in the halls or entrance.


    Please let us know before arrival if you present any symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 (confirmed or suspected).


    Our gym may be closed depending on the current government restrictions. If this is not the case, we will provide access to the gym for one household at a time. Please speak to reception for more information about booking your time. Sanitisation of equipment will take place after each booking.

  • Housekeeping Update

    Subject to request, our housekeeping team will offer a weekly service of your suite which includes a full clean and change of all towels and linen. Please note that you must inform reception if you would like this service and provide a time that you will vacate the suite for cleaning. If you are staying for less than 7 nights then you will not be eligible for this, however, you can avail of this service at an extra charge.

    If you would like to opt out of a weekly service, we will provide fresh linen, towels, and toiletries to be placed inside a bag and left outside your suite on the usual service day. Once you have received fresh linen, please place old linen in the bag and leave outside your suite alongside any rubbish. Should you have any symptoms of Covid-19, please store old linen in your apartment and inform reception via email or telephone.

  • Gym Update

    Our gyms will re-open on 12th April.


    A limit of 1 person/household per hour will be in place and guests will need to book an allocated time with the reception team.


    Antibacterial wipes and sanitiser will be provided in the gym for guests and the area will be cleaned after each use or at least three times a day.


    Please note that our small gym at Nevern Place will remain closed at this time.
