We’re confident that you’ll always get the best rate available when you book directly with Supercity Aparthotels.
Should you find a lower rate for one of our properties anywhere online within 24 hours of your booking and 24 hours prior to check-in, we will match the lower rate and give you a further 10% discount.
When you book direct, you can also enjoy an early check-in from 2pm (usually 3pm) and benefit from a priority suite allocation.
Please submit your claim via email to SLEEP@SUPERCITYUK.COM within 24 hours of your booking, with the following information:
• Your name and contact information
• Your confirmed reservation details booked online at www.supercityuk.com
• A screenshot of the lower rate displayed on the third-party website including their terms & condition
Should your claim cover multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately and a 10% discount off the room rate will be offered only for the nights where the room rate is lower on the 3rd party website.
The competing rate on any third-party website must be publicly available (without any member or login access) for immediate booking and confirmation. For example, negotiated corporate rates, group rates or partnership rates are not included.
Additionally, we do not accept package rates that include a combination of accommodation and travel or other non-accommodation components. Pre-paid, advance purchase, non-refundable or rates that offer different booking terms are also not eligible.
A rate difference that is primarily attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates will not be considered.
Supercity Aparthotels does not take responsibility for any fees or other costs incurred due to cancellation of a reservation made on third party websites. All claims are subject to Supercity Aparthotels sole discretion and the company reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.
